Role Overview
The Google Ads Expert will be responsible for the development, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns tailored to each client’s unique needs. We are looking for someone who can handle the fast-paced demands of managing multiple accounts, collaborate effectively with the team, and has the potential to grow into a leadership role, overseeing a team of specialists as Adfelt scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet business and client objectives.
- Strategic Growth & Innovation: Identify opportunities for campaign enhancements and proactive improvements to drive higher quality leads.
- Multi-Campaign Management: Efficiently handle multiple ad campaigns weekly, balancing budgets and performance goals across client accounts.
- Keyword & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research to stay ahead in the home care and healthcare sectors, improving ad relevance and targeting.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and automated bidding strategies to monitor campaign performance and implement data-backed improvements.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, targeting methods, and landing pages, iterating based on performance.
- Reporting & Insights: Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights that guide future strategies and boost client satisfaction.
- Familiarity With Project Management Tools: Ensuring you can be comfortable using tools like Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, etc.
- Team Leadership (Potential): As Adfelt grows, there will be opportunities for you to manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Google Ads Experience: Demonstrated success as a Google Ads specialist with a strong understanding of the technical aspect of the Google Ads.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and apply them to improve campaign performance.
- Proficiency in Google Tools: Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is essential.
- Strategic Mindset: Skilled at both granular campaign management and big-picture strategy, understanding how to leverage Google Ads for broader marketing success.
- Project & Budget Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, manage budgets carefully, and meet deadlines.
- Leadership Potential: Experience or interest in team management and mentoring as we grow.
- Effective Communication: Clear, concise, and professional communicator for client-facing interactions and internal reporting.
- Resourceful & Autonomous: Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and demonstrate a strong problem-solving attitude.
