Paradise Valley Family Law Firm Needs Full-Time Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Busy fast paced family law practice is in immediate need of an experienced family law paralegal. Must be familiar with drafting petitions for dissolution, responses, disclosures, subpoenas (all under supervision of attorneys). Must also know how to e-file. This is a position where experience is necessary as described above. Caseload will be 30-40 cases at a time. Hours 8:30 a.m. -5:30p.m. Monday to Friday with one hour lunch. This job requires on-site work at the law firm office 5 days a week.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Job duties include:
1) Drafting and filing pleadings, managing deadlines, organize client reviews and client documents for discovery requests/responses
2) Checking firm email and processing Efiling receipts, Minute entries, and other emails
3) Handling mail
4) Handling courier instruction sheets and copies for Court and other parties
5) Various other tasks

The position requires strong drafting and communication skills and individual must be dependable and must be able to work regular business hours. Hiring immediately for full-time position.

Education, Training and/or Experience: Associate in Applied Science Degree or higher OR Certificate of Completion from a paralegal or legal assistant program approved by the American Bar Association, preferred but not required
Minimum of three years of Family Law legal experience under the supervision of an Arizona licensed attorney is preferred
