Global Service Resources is looking for an MRI Tech in Ventura, CA for Rad Net.

Schedules:

Per Diem
Rad Net is looking for candidates that can work up to 10 PM and during weekends
Pay: $55 - $60/hr on W2

 

Responsibilities:

As an MRI Technologist:

Operate MRI Equipment – Perform high-quality MRI scans according to physician orders and established protocols.
Patient Preparation – Explain procedures, screen for contraindications, and position patients for accurate imaging.
Image Quality Assurance – Ensure image clarity, make adjustments as needed, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Patient Safety – Follow safety guidelines, monitor patients during scans, and maintain sterile environments.
Documentation – Record and report scan results, maintain patient records, and collaborate with radiologists for diagnostic needs.
Equipment Maintenance – Regularly inspect and calibrate MRI machinery, reporting any technical issues for timely repair.
Continuous Learning – Stay updated on MRI technology advancements, procedures, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
These responsibilities ensure patient-centered, high-quality imaging and compliance with safety standards in MRI procedures.

Requirements:

-MRI License/Certification

-BLS from American Heart Association

-Have at least 1 year experience as an MRI Tech

-Must be able to pass skills checklist
