Kleespies, Horwitz & Associates, LLC is a full service accounting firm serving clients throughout the United States dedicated to providing our clients with professional, personalized services and guidance in a wide range of business,  financial and tax needs.  Kleespies, Horwitz & Associates, LLC also serves our international clients with a United States presence.   

We are seeking a tax preparer to join our growing team.  This position is full-time, and we will also consider per diem or part-time applicants.  The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years current experience in a high volume firm.

Requirements:

  • Recent tax preparation experience in a high volume office
  • Corporate and individual tax preparation and tax planning
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be well organized, detailed oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Lacerte experience preferred but not required
