Job DescriptionJob Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Flexographic Press Operator (multicolor printing press) in Fort Wayne, IN.  This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $21-28 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Run and setup presses; change gears as needed
  • Mount plates and cylinders for production runs
  • Make sure product runs meet quality standards
  • Wrap and change rolls on the press
  • Troubleshoot, clean and maintain equipment
  • Climb ladders to wash the press drum area
  • Relocation expenses may be considered


Experience Needed:

  • Must have flexographic press experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass color blindness test
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to perform shop math
