Intensive In-Community Clinician

**If currently doing IIC work, I am willing to beat your current hourly rate with proof of income verification**
**Supervision toward licensure is offered to non clinical license holders at no charge.**
Center for Emotional Wellness is an agency that strives to deliver high quality clinical services to those in need. We place a great emphasis on doing our best to have a positive impact on the individuals with which we work. It is for this reason that supervision toward clinical licensure is included in this position at no cost. And while our clinical work is so important, it is equally as important to us that our clinicians are taken care of. We aim to hire individuals who share the same philosophy.
In addition to self care, flexibility is needed in today's world. In this position, clinicians are entirely responsible for creating their own schedule based on the case load THEY CHOOSE to maintain. This model for employment is similar to running your own business, minus the administrative hassle. Center for Emotional Wellness highly values maintaining a healthy work/ life balance, while not neglecting the fact that in a world of high inflation, compensation matters. As such, we strive to bring a position with competitive pay AND flexibility to more mental health professionals.
An IIC clinician is one who delivers counseling to children/ adolescents and their families within the home or community. However, since COVID, tele-health sessions have been utilized and are still offered at family request. Please only apply to this position if you are willing to provide BOTH in person AND telehealth services.
Clinicians are expected to:
- Deliver a high quality of clinical care
- Administer treatment to clients in need of emotional stabilization
- Diagnose and establish client treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in client symptoms or behavior to case manager
- Communicate with collaborating case managers, physicians or specialists regarding client care
- Maintain timely and accurate client medical records
As mentioned above, this position offers extreme autonomy and gives clinicians the ability to manage and create their own schedule. While this is essentially a per diem position, it can be used to generate a full-time income depending upon the caseload you would like to carry.
This position also acts as the perfect supplemental income opportunity for those that are in Private Practice or are working full time. Please note that hourly compensation depends on credentials, experience, caseload you are willing to hold and whether you are willing to deliver in-person services. Must hold a New Jersey license in good standing (LSW, LAC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
Additional position requirements:
- Must be able and willing to travel within either Monmouth County or Ocean County. (You are able to maintain cases in both counties if you so desire.)
- Must have experience working with children and/ or adolescents.
- Clinicians are required to carry a minimum of 3 cases.
- Clinicians are able to choose which cases they would like to take on and the specific areas/ towns in which they would like to work.
We look forward to hearing from you

As a result, clinicians are in charge of determining their exact areas of service delivery, the exact cases they chose to take on as well as the exact size of the caseload they will hold.Clinically, CFEW is of the belief that all people, regardless of access or socioeconomic status, should have the ability to receive high quality care. Therefore it is our mission to deliver individually tailored mental health services directly to the families within their community.Company DescriptionCenter for Emotional Wellness (CFEW) is referred to as a "boutique" IIC agency.
