We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. As an Apprentice, you will work closely with skilled professionals, learning the intricacies of various machinery and processes while contributing to our production goals.

Duties

  • Assist in the operation of machinery including lathe and milling machines under supervision.
  • Learn and apply principles of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to ensure precision in manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in materials handling and assembly line tasks to support production flow.
  • Gain experience with tooling setups and adjustments for various manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize production efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

  • Previous exposure to factory environments or assembly lines will be beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of materials handling techniques and practices.
  • A strong desire to learn about machining processes, tooling, and equipment operation.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and demonstrate attention to detail.
