Job DescriptionJob Description

- Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to determine their occupational therapy needs such as sensory processing and fine motor skills 
- Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on the benefits of occupational therapy and how to maximize treatment outcomes

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist working in pediatrics.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and its application in occupational therapy practice
- Experience working with patients in critical care settings is highly desirable
- Proven ability to provide excellent patient service and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Familiarity with case management principles and practices
