We are seeking a Pizza Cook to join our dedicated kitchen staff You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.

Must be available weekends.

Ability work a deck oven, do prep and open and close the kitchen to standard, take direction, work clean in an open kitchen and maintain a stable and consistent attitude.

Health insurance plan after three months. One week paid vacation after one year of full time employment.

Open Tues- Thurs for dinner service and Fri-Sun 11:30am to 10 pm. No early morning or late night shifts.

Seeking Shift lead Cook that will ensure recipes are being followed, stock maintained and rotated, food served correctly.

Ability to listen to manager/owner and prioritize assigned tasks, take direction, willingness to learn menu quickly and ability to self motivate.

Clean, presentable, well spoken, cooperative and self motivated. Tattoos and piercings are totally acceptable.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all served food
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
• Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Pizza cooking, or other cook positions
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to self motivate without direct supervision
• Ability to work well in teams
