Job DescriptionJob Description

A Central Florida-based business telecom company is seeking a talented developer / software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative internal and external tools for our telecommunications platform and apps. As a software engineer with our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable applications using Golang, Javascript, and Erlang.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components using Golang, Javascript, and Erlang.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.

Optimize application performance and scalability.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Golang, Javascript, and Erlang programming languages.

Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Understanding of object-oriented and functional programming paradigms.

Knowledge of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Experience with DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, containerization).

Familiarity with telecommunications domain concepts.
