Pay Range: $20 - $30 per hour

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

About the Role

As a CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality, precision-machined parts that meet our rigorous standards and specifications. Working in a structured environment, you’ll ensure that every product is crafted with exceptional attention to detail, resulting in consistent, defect-free outcomes.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently set up and operate CNC mills or lathes, ensuring parts are completed within designated timeframes.
  • Deliver first-pass success by producing high-quality, defect-free parts.
  • Deburr machined parts to meet quality standards.
  • Accurately document part production for and compliance with company standards.
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve production goals.
  • Adhere to strict standards for machine accuracy, measurement, and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting part prints and technical drawings.
  • Must own, or be willing to purchase, personal tools required for the role.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, lift, kneel, and walk for the entire shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Strong commitment to quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
  • Measure parts with micrometers, calipers and other measuring devices.
