We are small property management company in need of a contractor that can handle running a small crew on small to medium rehabs. Mostly remodeling but could handle a larger job like an outdoor living space with a porch or even a firedamage remodel. Need to be able to complete the job start to finish with the assistance of the owner handling supplies and the use of current subs. Great carpentry skills are required along with a team mentality.

Pay upon experience starting from $30 and up...We will pay for experienced and quality Carpenter.

All jobs are in the Pgh region, mostly south and southwest.

Siding

Flooring- LVP - Tile

Backsplash

Framing

-window replacement

-cabinet replacement/adjustments

-trim touch-ups

-Start to finish on smaller to medium rehabs
