Full time; Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – noon

Progressive, high quality, patient-centric endodontic office with three locations in Chattanooga, Cleveland and Ooltewah, has an immediate need for a dynamic and motivated professional to perform the vital function of practice administrator to support and cultivate our well-established and thriving practice. This position will work directly with five endodontic partners, in collaboration with three office managers to adopt and execute the practice vision in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise clinical and administrative functions and manage day-to-day operations.
• Travel between three locations as needed to complete responsibilities.
• Competent management of all bookkeeping/accounting functions to include A/P, A/R, billing, bank reconciliation, payroll/taxes, through financial statement preparation.
• Work with accountants and office managers as needed to prepare financial statements and maintain tax compliance as well as to facilitate profitability and maintain cashflow.
• Collaborate with office managers as necessary to ensure strong team effort on overall practice goals.
• Monitor, report, and influence practice KPI's.
• Communicate profitability and key performance indicators to partners.
• Prepare agenda with related materials to run monthly board and team meetings.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members.
• Coordinate and implement external training as needed.
• Manage employee resources, including hiring and termination.
• Performance reviews (as needed) for the team.
• Maintain calendar of practice compliance requirements.
• Work with team and vendors to ensure practice marketing events are successful.
• Ensure facilities meet or exceed the practice image.
• Provide feedback and solutions on our business operations for improvement.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Demonstrate outstanding organizational, problem-solving and situation analysis skills in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of business and management practices.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Places high priority on accuracy, timeliness, and follow-through.
• Must be able to work effectively independently as well as in a team.
• Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Maintain practice action plan and related due dates. Work with the team to achieve goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• 4-year degree in business, health care administration, accounting, or health related field
(or equivalent applicable experience considered).
• 5+ years’ experience in full-charge dental practice management or a related role.
