  • Provide direct therapy services in individual or small group settings based on the needs of the students and district.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, progress notes, and communications.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations, including HIPAA and FERPA.

  • Participate in regular professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.

  • Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Experience in teletherapy (preferred).

  • Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language therapy (preferred).

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (multi-state licensure preferred).

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

  • Flexible scheduling to balance work and personal life.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • A supportive, trusted environment where your skills and contributions are valued.

  • The chance to make a real difference in the lives of students who might otherwise go underserved.
