Full-Time Dental Hygienist Opportunity - Beautiful practice, great area and the friendliest staff you will ever work with.

We are looking for an enthusiastic hygienist that loves building and maintaining positive relationships with patients. A hygienist that will thrive at a dental office that allows you to have the time to do what you love.  Are you tired of the “30-minute prophy” and the constant push to do maximum treatment in minimum time?        Duties include:

  • Manage patient flow and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with patients to address any concerns or questions
  • Perform periodontal assessments and screenings for oral cancer
  • Assist the dentist in patient care and treatment planning
  • Our office is Dentrix based with a voice assist recording for periodontal probing
  • Administer fluoride varnish treatments, silver diamine fluoride, and sealants
  • Provide nitrous oxide for the comfort of our patients
  • Monitor and maintain dental equipment and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and HIPAA
  • Proficiency in digital radiography and intraoral imaging (Carivu, Transillumination and Diagnodent)
  • Perform full mouth debridement and scaling and root planing
  • Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

We provide paid holidays, vacations, sick days, employee and family discount, reimbursement for most continuing education courses, CPR training and more. Pay ranges between $40 - $45 an hour based on experience and fit. Our office hours are Monday -Thursday, 7:30 – 4:30. The starting date is flexible. Are you ready for a change for the better?
