Gentle Hands Adult Day Center is looking for a LPN Day Program Supervisor to join our professional care team

PLEASE GO FOR INTERVIEW WITH CENTER MANAGER, 5105 E MAIN ST, WHITEHALL FROM 8AM TO 2PM, ASK FOR MS. KATHY, 

We want someone who is passionate about healthcare for persons with disabilities and older adults, longing to make a difference Center is located in Whitehall, Ohio.

As a License Practical Nurse, your primary role will be serving the clients and managing the Center. You will also perform Skilled Nursing visits on the qualified clients who request these services at the center.

Salary range: $18 to $20 (Depends on Experience)

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Nursing license in the State of Ohio.

• Minimum of one (2) years’ experience as an LPN in a clinical setting.

• Home Health experience is highly preferred.

• Demonstration of satisfactory knowledge and competency for the delivery of services, treatments, and teaching under the direction of a Registered Nurse

• Demonstrates excellent observation, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.

• Shows ability to organize and prioritize workload independently.

• Current Driver’s License.

• Must have current CPR/First Aide.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Must be able to use a gait belt, if not the RN will train you.

Must purchase Professional Liability Insurance.

Must complete 8 hour DD Initial training within the first 30 days.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have current vehicle insurance.

Must be self-starter

Must have supervisory experience.
