Role Summary
As a Regional Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in multi-property management, financial oversight, tenant satisfaction, and team leadership. This role is ideal for Property Managers seeking to broaden their impact and advance into regional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Support daily operations across multiple properties, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Property Tours & Tenant Relations: Conduct property tours to monitor conditions, engage with tenants, and address concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with on-site Property Managers to drive operational success and promote a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and strategic planning to optimize profitability.
- Tenant & Lease Management: Support leasing processes, manage occupancy strategies, and facilitate lease negotiations to maintain strong occupancy rates.
- Compliance & Inspections: Conduct property inspections under senior guidance to ensure regulatory compliance and proactive risk management.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of Property Management experience with a proven track record in tenant relations, leasing, and property operations.
- Growth Mindset: Ambitious, self-motivated individual looking to step into a Regional Manager role and make a broader impact.
- Skills: Bilingual (Spanish), proficiency in Yardi and Rent Café, strong communication, and organizational skills.
- Availability: Weekends and extended hours as needed.
