Join a tight-knit team of fast-paced, dedicated operators that bring high-level service to our community by applying for the Expo/Food Runner position todayResponsibilitiesExpo/Food Runner Responsibilities  
  • Communicate calmly and timely with kitchen and FOH staff. 
  • Ensure food meets spec, presentation, and guest modifications. 
  • Verify plates are served at the right temperature and garnished correctly. 
  • Account for every item on the ticket and manage course timing. 
  • Safely store tickets for reference. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized expo window. 
  • Properly care for equipment and utensils. 
  • Keep own kitchen work area organized. 
  • Follow food rotation procedures. 
  • Collaborate with servers and bartenders for special guest requests. 
  • Confirm correct plates for each FOH member. 
  • Ensure proper order entry in the point of sale system. 
  • Take ownership of and resolve guest issues promptly. 
  • Leave the establishment crumb-free and food-free at closing. 
Required SkillsExpo/Food Runner Qualifications  
  • At least one year of restaurant experience 
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds 
  • Must be able to stand and keep active for long periods of time
