Associate Marketing Manager - PURETALK - On site role based in Covington, GA (Atlanta metro area)

Great opportunity for a highly motivated and talented Associate Marketing Manager to implement new developments and optimizations across our dynamic brand websites and digital marketing programs (Search, Social, Email, Affiliate, and brand websites), driving consumer engagement and new customer acquisition. As a key member of our marketing team reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will work cross functionally to seamlessly implement and optimize digital offerings across our family of wireless brands that include PureTalk, H2O Wireless and Life Wireless.

Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Associate Marketing Manager will ensure all projects are aligned with sales and marketing objectives and have clear key performance indicators. The successful candidate must be able to collaborate, communicate, and multitask while always prioritizing projects that will drive the business forward. Responsibility Highlights

  • Collaborate across multiple teams (marketing, customer service, IT, operations, project management, etc.) to update and optimize all websites and digital campaigns
  • Support implementation of all marketing promotions
  • Write creative briefs to initiate project requests for our internal creative process
  • Support implementation of the social strategy for our portfolio of brands
  • Know the key differences in tone and purpose for each social platform (i.e. Facebook vs. TikTok vs. LinkedIn)
  • Monitor social conversations and engage in our brand voice to generate positive news and sentiment
  • Actively monitor current events and propose ways for our brands to be part of the solution (i.e., hurricane relief)
  • Identify and promote positive content related to Veterans, conservative values, Congress news/bills, etc.
  • Comb social platforms for potential influencers who align with our brand values and purpose
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure appropriate pacing relative to budgets and targets
  • Review all of our websites, landing pages, and Google Search ads daily to check for bugs, outdated content, opportunities for UX and general content improvements
  • Work with various teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround time
  • Monitor and optimize relevant website metrics including visitors, journeys, conversion rate, bounce rate, cart abandonment, etc.
  • Support development of monthly digital marketing reports and ad hoc reports as needed
  • Be aware of industry trends and frequently browse through publications, blogs, channels, surveys, statistics, etc.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and meet deadlines

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (advertising, communications, etc.)
  • 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience running campaigns on Facebook (Facebook Ads Accounts/ Business Manager), Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn
  • Awareness of geotargeting, retargeting, and audience building of specific campaigns, for specific demographics
  • Ability to work in a group and is cognizant of others’ priorities to help achieve the goals of the group
  • Support and model the company’s core values
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with team members
  • Ability to follow directions from management and the project manager
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, with attention to detail and effective prioritization
