Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: VP of Property Management

Job Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance our new company's presence, services, and brand recognition. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive creative and effective marketing strategies while overseeing a dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator possesses strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, a passion for innovative problem-solving, and a strategic focus on new company marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth for our new Company [Name TBD]
  • Oversee and manage social media channels, including the Peak/New Company website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Business; create engaging content on said social media platforms.
  • Lead marketing efforts for individual properties, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Cross Street Realty and vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate marketing.
  • Plan and execute events and other promotional activities focused on property marketing.
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant and Customer Service Coordinator to maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Update managers on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns.
  • Promote and oversee corporate marketing and branding for Peak Properties/New Company through company platforms, in-person campaigns, and more.
  • Collaborate with the team and external agencies to develop marketing collateral, advertisements, and branding materials.
  • Coordinate with the Property Management and Ownership teams and take on assignments as needed, including serving as the primary contact for Property Marketing needs.
  • Ensure the smooth onboarding process for new properties.
  • Conduct lead flow testing to enhance property marketing strategies.
  • Optimize lead management for improved property performance.

Minor Duties:

  • Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
  • Monitor current campaigns, ensuring staff meets deadlines and completes necessary tasks.
  • Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies to brainstorm ideas for new campaigns if needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

● Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.

● Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.

● 5+ years of experience in marketing or related fields.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Excellent organizational and project management skills.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

● Experience in Rent Café.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Creative problem solver with a positive attitude.

● Passion for Real Estate and the Chicago community.

● Capable of thinking outside of the box and coming up with new ideas and suggestions.

Physical Requirements:

● Ability to constantly operate a computer, office equipment, productivity devices, and being present in our headquarters office.

● Must have a car and valid driver’s license.
