The Systems Analyst reviews, analyzes, implements, and modifies enterprise-level applications, with a focus on identity management technology and integration. This is includes planning, programming, testing, debugging, and installing, within established standards, to support the organization's application systems in relational database, client-server, and internet environments.

Individual must be able to attain and maintain a valid US Government Secret security clearance to be retained in the position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drafts and maintains SOP documents for the functional category.
  • Develops applications to support the enterprise, including creation of the data models, databases,
  • survey/add/update of reuse library, development of interfaces, application control logic, forms (screens),
  • objects, reports, queries and menus.
  • Manages the full range of a server operating system, to include deployment, configuration, performance
  • tuning, and maintaining of multiple server operating systems.
  • Manages the full range of an application to include deployment, configuration, performance tuning, and
  • maintaining of multiple types of applications.
  • Prepare, update, and distribute end-user and/or system operator's manuals that contain the product design
  • and procedures and other relevant information necessary to use and administer the system.
  • Updates and distributes on-line help facilities, technical manuals, SOPs, and maintain automation
  • documentation.
  • Other duties as required.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • DoD Programs experience
  • Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
  • Clearance Level: Secret
  • Certification: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft or Linux certification
