Position Overview:

The Senior E-comm specialist will play a critical role in managing and optimizing ToughBuilt’s presence on key e-commerce platforms. This includes mainstream marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart, as well as industry-specific platforms such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, and others. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in platform-specific tools, reporting capabilities, and data analysis, enabling them to drive informed decisions and deliver measurable growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Platform Management & Optimization:

- Manage and optimize product listings across major e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and customer engagement on Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and other key platforms.

- Monitor and maintain competitive pricing, promotions, and inventory levels across all platforms.

 

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Pull, analyze, and interpret performance reports from e-commerce platforms, including sales trends, conversion rates, customer reviews, and traffic data.

- Utilize insights to guide decision-making on marketing campaigns, product launches, and inventory management.

- Present actionable recommendations to the e-commerce and leadership teams based on data-driven findings.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce strategies with broader company goals.

- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

 

Performance Marketing & Advertising:

- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon Sponsored Products, Walmart Connect, and other industry-specific channels.

- Track ad performance and ROI to continually refine and improve campaigns.

 

Customer Experience:

- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and concerns on all platforms to uphold ToughBuilt’s reputation for quality and service.

- Work to improve customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving recurring issues in collaboration with support teams.

 

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the tools, hardware, or home improvement industries.

- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

- Hands-on experience with platform-specific tools like Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and vendor portals for Home Depot and Lowe’s.

 

Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and other data analysis tools.

- Familiarity with e-commerce advertising platforms and strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
