Automatic Tool Press Operator

Location: Valley City, OH
Pay Rate: $20+ per hour to start

First Shift: 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday

Our customer is a premier provider of precision tooling and manufacturing solutions. Based in Valley City, OH, they pride themselves on their commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and are currently seeking a skilled Automatic Tool Press Operator to join their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor automatic tool press machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.
  • Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to optimize production processes.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs on equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a tool press operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to stand entire shift and lift up to 50lbs
  • Effective communication skills.
