As a Liftgate and Parts Painter, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal and protection of our products through skilled painting techniques. You will be responsible for applying multiple coats of paint to liftgates and parts, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our standards of excellence. Your work will contribute to the overall quality and aesthetics of our products, creating a positive impression for our customers.


What we offer


  • First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Starting hourly rate of $22+/hr (Higher pay for experienced candidates)

  • Second Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, - Starting hourly rate of $24+ (Higher pay for experienced candidates.)

What you’ll be doing


  • Apply paint and coatings to liftgates, brackets, and parts using various techniques, ensuring a high-quality finish.

  • Operate, maintain, and clean painting equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Follow established painting processes and quality standards to achieve consistent results.

  • Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and meet painting schedules.

  • Monitor inventory of paint supplies and materials, and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed.

  • Inspect painted surfaces for defects and address any issues to maintain quality standards.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized painting area.

  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to frequently bend, reach or twist.

  • Ability to stand and/or walk long periods of time.

  • Previous experience in painting or surface finishing is preferred but not required.

  • Familiarity with painting techniques and equipment.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage painting schedules and materials.

  • Willingness to learn and follow established painting processes.

  • Safety-conscious and able to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
