Job Summary
Seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead technical studies, evaluate design concepts, and implement methods to achieve product reliability standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in technical reliability studies and design of experiments (DOE)
  • Proficiency in statistical process control procedures
  • Experience in conducting risk analysis studies for new designs and processes
  • Strong knowledge of performance report compilation and process control analysis

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with mathematical modeling to identify high-risk units, batches, or processes
  • Familiarity with environmental testing and sampling for statistical validity
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering standards in line with company, customer, and governmental objectives

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate technical reliability studies and design of experiments (DOE) constructs
  • Recommend design or test methods and statistical control procedures to achieve product reliability
  • Perform risk analysis of new designs and processes
  • Analyze performance reports, process control statistics, and investigate variables affecting reliability
  • Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards
  • Develop reliability engineering programs and mathematical models to improve system or process reliability
  • Determine environmental testing requirements and minimum sample sizes for valid data analysis


Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
