We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients
• Assist in the development of menu items
• Standardize recipes and plate presentations
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

• Previous 1 year of experience
• Must have experience in cooking breakfast
• Passion for food and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership qualities- we offer room for growth to leadership positions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bonuses available to leadership positions

We offer a simple 401k- we match 3%

This position is full time but we would consider part-time based on experience . Our hours are 6am-3pm on weekdays, and 6am-4pm on weekends. WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED

We have been serving the local area for over 50 years, and have many loyal customers. We are located next to Interstate 40, and also get a lot of travelers.
