We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Information Specialist and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. Position Summary: As a Product Information Specialist and Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate product information and ensuring seamless inventory coordination between our warehouse and various departments. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in supporting our operations and enhancing overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Information Management:

    • Maintain and update product information databases with accurate and detailed descriptions and specifications for Bossen brand products.
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy of product data across all platforms, including the website, ERP system, and marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize educational materials for clients, demonstrating Bossen product features and benefits.

  • Client Support:

    • Demonstrate Bossen product features and benefits to clients, providing detailed explanations and addressing any questions or concerns.
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions and educational materials to clients in collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Inventory Coordination:

    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment of Bossen brand stock.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
    • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage lead times, order statuses, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a U.S.-accredited school in supply chain management or relevant field
  • or 2 years direct relevant experience in product information management and inventory coordination.
  • Proven experience in product information management and inventory coordination.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Team work and Friendly

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the wholesale industry
  • Chinese/Mandarin language skills are strongly preferred.
