Machine Repairman

Job DescriptionJob Description

This person will need to be skilled in mechanical repairs, Electrical diagnostic and repair, Hydraulic repairs & pneumatic repairs. (For this position please reference the slides describing Manual boring mill, CNC boring mill, CNC machines & Precision grind machines) These are examples of our production machines.

Manual Machines mostly (List and pictures of all machines are available at Request)

• Maintains, installs, and repairs a variety of machine tools and equipment
• Tear down damaged or defective units
• May replace or repair worn or damaged parts or components and reassemble
• May preform some machining on replacement parts or may do electrical troubleshooting and repairs on CNC, manual or other plant machines
• Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment, machines, mobile equipment
• Assists Machine Repair and Mobile Equipment Mechanic as necessary
• May perform minor minor building maintenance including but not limited to Light Electrical, Plumbing, Cement Work, etc.
