Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an IT Administrator to join our client's team on a hybrid basis in Manassas, VA to manage, automate, and maintain tools within the Atlassian ecosystem. This role requires expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket administration, with a focus on automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain workflows, custom fields, and automation rules within Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
  • Provide support to teams by documenting requirements, troubleshooting issues, and delivering agreed solutions.
  • Use Groovy scripting (Scriptrunner) to automate service requests and business processes.
  • Manage Bitbucket source code repositories and perform basic RedHat/Linux administration.
  • Assist with migrations from on-prem to SaaS cloud environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Atlassian suite administration (Data Center and Cloud).
  • Experience with containerized applications and Governance, Risk, and Control frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Proforma form fields and workflow impacts.
