Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and caring Mammography Technician to join our radiology team. In this role, you will perform high-quality mammographic imaging to assist in the early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer, ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine and diagnostic mammography exams in accordance with established protocols.

· Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, providing clear instructions and support.

· Maintain and operate mammography equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and in compliance with safety regulations.

· Collaborate with radiologists to discuss findings and follow-up care.

· Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

· Stay current with advancements in mammography technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

· Current certification as a Mammography Technician (ARRT or equivalent).

· State licensure to practice in New Jersey.

· Experience in performing mammography exams preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
