Pride Health is hiring a CT Technologist to support our client’s medical facility in Glenwood Spring, CO. This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization  

 

Job Title: CT Technologist

Location: Glenwood Springs, CO

Shift: Day Shift

Duration: 13 weeks 

Weekly Gross Range: $2750 to $3000

 

Job Summary:

  • CO Medical Imaging/Radiation Therapy License Required. CO Radiographer License Required ARRT (CT) required.
  • Canon preferred.


CT/X-Ray Tech:

  • Perform CT imaging procedures on patients as ordered by physicians.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging exams, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Operate and maintain CT and X-ray equipment, following safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Review and evaluate images for technical quality, ensuring proper documentation and communication of findings.
  • Provide clear instructions and explanations to patients regarding the procedures and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal patient care.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including radiation safety protocols and infection control measures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of imaging procedures and patient information.
  • Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in imaging technology and best practices.
