Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking experienced dishwashers for our restaurant on Tennyson Street

Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Nashville, Denver, and more on the horizon.

The Two Hands approach to food is that it is good for you, good for the environment, simple, and tastes good. At Two Hands, our goal is for our ingredients to come from local farms to support our communities in Colorado, New York, Texas, and Tennessee.

WE OFFER:

• Rate starts at $19/hour and increases depending on qualifications and with time
• Health insurance available for full-time employees after 3 months
• One meal provided per shift
• A 50% employee discount for you and up to four guests on food and drinks when dining outside of work hours

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year restaurant experience in this role
• Open availability (including weekends) is preferred
• Ability to maintain DOH sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Basic knife skills
• Understanding of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours a day and occasionally carry up to 20 pounds
• Ability to keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
• Must be available weekends
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
