ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the programming industry, where you'll be responsible for coding, testing, documentation, and managing the configuration of software applications. You will play a significant role in the software release life cycle and collaborate with internal experts and client project teams to develop technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom applications using ServiceNow declarative application engine.
• Expertly configure ServiceNow through the systems development lifecycle.
• Conduct unit testing on software implementations.
• Participate actively in an Agile development framework.
• Engage in requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors.
• Provide subject matter expertise for our enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow or additional years of experience as a substitute for a degree.
• Extensive development experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, particularly with Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Proficiency in HTML5, Angular JS, jQuery, and CSS.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification, or the ability to obtain this certification within 3 months of hire.
• Familiarity with organizational change management, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail when performing work.
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification.
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
• Excellent in presentation and requirements elicitation.
