A high-profile law firm specializing in estate planning and trust administration is seeking a Wills & Trusts Paralegal to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact between clients and attorneys whose practice centers on Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), Estate and Trust Administration, Gift Taxes, and Probate Litigation.This candidate brings 2-6 years of estate planning experience, focusing on drafting wills, trusts, and associated documents. This role demand s precision in drafting, where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. Proficiency with drafting software like Dox Cersa or HotDocs is beneficial, but the firm provides training to ensure the work meets high standards. Key responsibilities involve managing high-net-worth clients (typically $10 million or more) and multi-generational families, with duties in trust administration and select tax-related tasks. The role suits proactive professionals with strong communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit in a mentorship-driven environment.
