EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: Expert knowledge in the Electronic Services offered by the credit union and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Electronic services include Home Banking, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Anywhere (RDA), SmartPay, electronic imaging (Synergy), Wires, ACH, Drafts, and Cards (Debit/Credit).

Monitor Compromised Account Management (CAMs) reports from Visa, investigate fraud trends, and place appropriate blocks to minimize the card fraud risks.

Process/monitor card disputes by communicating with dispute team and members.

Ensure timely processing of ACH in accordance with NACHA and draft files per regulations. Process payroll for business accounts. Responsible for posting incoming and outgoing wires. Ensure deadlines on the delivery of ACH/drafts/card disputes/and wires postings are met.

Review new RDA enrollment requests, place accounts in appropriate tier, review pending RDA deposits and place appropriate holds.

Provide internal support for electronic services via teams, email, contact events, and phone calls. Scan/upload documents to Synergy.

Manage supply budget and ordering for the northern branches of the credit union.

Responsible for compliance with the Bank Secrecy and Anti Money Laundering Acts including monitoring for such illegal activity as it applies to this position.

Performs other duties as assigned or required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Educated in credit union policy and regulations that pertain to electronic services.
  • Provide accurate, courteous, friendly, timely and professional service to all members.
  • Develop an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, and comply with all operational policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of internal and external use of products and services.
  • Knowledge of NCUA rules and regulations.
  • Skill in assessing, prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and demands to meet deadlines.
  • Skill in assessing, analyzing, identifying, and recommending solutions to problems.
  • Promote the well-being of our members, volunteers, employees, and community. Establishing and maintaining effective working relations with co-workers, volunteers, community, representatives from other credit unions, general public and/or others having business with UniWyo CU.
  • Skill in operating a personal computer utilizing a variety of software and operating systems/applications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A high school diploma or GED AND two (2) years of relevant banking, service or closely related experience OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be proficient in word processing and current spreadsheet software. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Maintains a professional work environment and businesslike appearance.

May be required to move and/or transport heavy, bulky supplies, materials and/or other items weighing up to 30 pounds.

May be exposed to potential physical harm and infectious diseases.

May be required to work outside the traditional work schedule.
