We are seeking a CNC Mill and/or Lathe Machinist to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled machinist capable of setting up and running parts in a job-shop environment. Must be familiar with speeds and feeds for the different materials, a basic understanding of the programming. Must be knowledgeable of the different tooling. Must be capable of inspecting your work and have your own tools for performing your duties. We are a job shop that has a diverse customer base. We have been in business for over 30 years. You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field. You must be able to work 8-12 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machine tools to produce precision parts
  • Modify parts and materials to improve overall production
  • Measure parts with QC equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery
  • Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in CNC mills/Lathe with Fanuc and Okuma controls
  • Own basic tools
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
