Essential Job Functions:

  • Support new business development, retain existing clients, and grow the current book of business in collaboration with Risk Solutions teams to meet business goals.
  • Stay informed on risk-related issues impacting the business and clients, providing periodic updates, actionable industry insights, and trend analyses to inform strategies.
  • Conduct on-site consultative visits with clients to assess safety culture and programs, identify areas for improvement, and develop customized safety initiatives that engage leadership and employees.
  • Plan, schedule, and deliver educational seminars (onsite and via webinars) while creating or modifying training materials to support workplace behavior changes and program implementation.
  • Collect and analyze data—claims, compliance, safety, and telematics—to identify trends, recommend safety measures, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Re-engineer client service platforms using technology solutions to drive efficiency and consistency while collaborating with carrier loss control partners and production teams to align strategies and deliver effective client proposals.
  • Oversee fleet asset management, driver operations, and contractor management to enhance performance, safety, and compliance.
  • Assist with claims rebuilding efforts and establish new construction standards to mitigate risks.
  • Travel up to 50% to support client initiatives, build carrier relationships, and represent the company at industry events.
  • Maintain relationships with Strategic Partners, TrueNorth’s Production Team, and Service Teams to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Drive innovation, consistency, and improved group performance by generating ideas, implementing solutions, and leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Act as a leader and communicator, fostering collaboration, sharing ideas, and ensuring alignment across teams and programs.

Credentials:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience with agricultural co-ops required
  • Experience in safety & loss control required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance is preferred
  • Appropriate licensing and delegations required; CPCU or CIC designation ideal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and able to quickly learn and utilize other computer applications
