Architect Licensed

Duties to include:
· Investigate job sites with team members to identify project obstacles, verify existing site conditions, and avoid potential surprises during construction
· Review Drawings (plans, elevations, and MEP drawings)
· Review Cabinet Drawings
· Review door & window quotes to ensure proper sizing before ordering
· Verify project drawings to an addendum to accurately reflect the approved project scope
· Review Change Order from Job Captains when there are project scope changes
· Ensure work is completed according to project schedules
Requirements:
- Illinois Licensed Architect
- Be willing to manage Job Captains and ensure standards are being met
- Both must have C.A.D. experience and be willing to draw
- 40 hour/no Saturdays work week
- MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL REMODELING EXPERIENCE
