We're seeking a friendly and compassionate Dietary Server to join our culinary team at Pomeroy Living Sterling Skilled, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and services.

Now Hiring FT and PT staff for 6am-2pm shift and 4pm-8pm shift. The afternoon shift is ideal for high school students looking for part-time work

Responsibilities:

  • Serve meals and snacks to residents in a timely and courteous manner
  • Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
  • Take food orders and communicate dietary needs to kitchen staff
  • Build relationships with residents and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Food service experience preferred, especially in healthcare or senior living
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach
