• Design and create HVAC systems for construction documents for a variety of building types.

• Develop and prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, layouts, and mechanical schematics.

• Conduct load calculations, energy modeling, and life-cycle cost analyses to optimize system efficiency and sustainability.

• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration and compliance with regulatory requirements and Delta G standards.

• Perform site visits, oversee installations, and provide technical support during all phases of the project.

• Identify and troubleshoot design issues and make recommendations for improvements or alternative solutions.

• Work closely with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, building strong relationships and providing clear, timely updates.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, with expertise across building types, such as hospitals,schools, municipal buildings, hotels, and residential complexes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related consulting engineering experience is preferred

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.

• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and HVAC design tools such as HAP.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ASHRAE standards, energy codes, and industry best practices.

• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
