Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic New York-style pizzas with attention to consistency and quality.
  • Ensure the highest quality ingredients are used and maintain food safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment in a high-volume setting.
  • Provide exceptional guest service with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Guest Service: A strong commitment to ensuring every guest has an excellent dining experience.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to maintaining high standards in food preparation.
  • Availability: Open availability is preferred, with the ability to work late nights and weekends.
  • Experience: Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required—comprehensive training will be provided.
