Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within the US
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Understand the construction process, extra low-voltage technologies and IT services,
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales; including healthcare, construction or technology
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
- Digital marketing skills
