  • As a prep cook you are required to familiarize yourself with our menu, food, and recipes. You are to prep food in a timely manner, you will work alongside your cook who you will assist, you are required to handle meat, vegetables, and other foods responsibly. Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment and a team player willing to help and do what is necessary.

  • Como cociner@ prep, debe familiarizarse con nuestro menú, comida y recetas. Debe preparar los alimentos de manera oportuna, trabajará junto con su cociner@ que lo ayudará, debe manejar la carne, las verduras y otros alimentos de manera responsable. Responsable de mantener un ambiente limpio e higienizado y un jugador de equipo dispuesto a ayudar y hacer lo que sea necesario. 
Requirements Must have: 
  • Food Handlers Card (if not certified we can assist you in receiving that certification) 
  • If you are 18+ you may be required to recieve your Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification. (if not certified we can assist you in receiving that certification) 
  Debe Tener: 
  • Su tarjeta de manipuladores de alimentos (Food Handlers Card) si no está certificad@, lo ayudaremos a recibir esa certificación. 
  • Si tiene más de 18 años, le pediremos que reciba su certificación de Servicio Responsable de Bebidas (Responsible Beverage Service). Si aún no la tiene, lo ayudaremos a recibir esa certificación.
