Fitter/Setter - 2nd or 3rd shift - $18/hr - $30/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Welding & Fitting: Perform welding and fitting duties in a manufacturing environment, working with steel and other materials. This role involves moderate to heavy lifting, with tasks requiring physical endurance and strength.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards, procedures, and policies to create and maintain a safe working environment. Safety is the top priority, and employees are expected to lead and participate in maintaining a drug-free, accident-free workplace.
- 2nd or 3rd Shift Role: Work on the 2nd or 3rd shift, collaborating with a committed team to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate manufacturing equipment such as forklifts or overhead cranes as needed to move materials and ensure efficient workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Work with a skilled team, supporting each other to achieve daily production goals and maintain high-quality products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to work on the 2nd shift in a manufacturing environment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, drug-free workplace
