• Relocation Bonus: $15,000 if you are moving from out of state

Your Role: As a Dental Hygienist, you will:

• Perform patient screenings: assess oral health, review medical history, conduct oral cancer screenings, and take dental x-rays (digital included).
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Support the dental team in delivering excellent patient care.
• Remove plaque and calculus, apply sealants and fluoride, and teach oral hygiene practices (tooth brushing, flossing, etc.).
• Counsel patients on nutrition’s impact on oral health and provide personalized guidance.
• Make impressions for study models, assist in dental treatment preparation, and maintain dental hygiene instruments.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection-control protocols.
• Assist with dental and medical emergencies (maintain CPR certification) and equipment maintenance.
• Document patient care, manage office duties, and maintain dental supply inventory.
• Contribute to a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety standards.

Education:

• Associate degree (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
• Valid Dental License (Required)
