This is the position for you Frank Gay Commercial Services is seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Commercial Service Plumbing Team to help deliver great service to our clients in the Central Florida Area
What you will do:
- Troubleshoot, and diagnose commercial plumbing systems, pumps, water heaters, and boiler system issues for commercial properties such as grocery stores, property management, and retail stores, to name a few.
- Perform commercial plumbing Repairs, Replacements, Installations, and preventative maintenance.
- Sewer and drain cleaning.
- Handle customer service questions or concerns
- Communicate plumbing system issues to clients and offer solutions to repair plumbing issues to new conditions.
What you need:
- Minimum 5 years as a Commercial Service Plumber
- Technical skill in Commercial plumbing systems, pumps, water heaters, and boilers.
- Knowledge of working and maintaining National Accounts
- Good communication and listening skills
- Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
- Physical dexterity
- CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE
