Join Our Team as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Are you passionate about outdoor environments and skilled in landscaping maintenance? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead our team in maintaining beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Position: Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of landscape maintenance crew members in daily tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and irrigation system maintenance.
  • Oversee scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients to address specific needs and requests, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels for ongoing projects.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and irrigation systems.
  • Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
