Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at in Plano. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring progress for clients with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental delays. You will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Your expertise in behavior analysis will be essential in providing evidence-based interventions and improving the quality of life for those we serve.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental delays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supervising and training behavior technicians
- Experience working in a clinical and school setting
- Familiarity with a variety of behavior analytic assessments and interventions
- Experience working with a wide age range and varying levels of intensity of behavior
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder
- Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress towards goals
- Provide ongoing training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis
Skills:
As a BCBA with Concept Connections in Plano, you will utilize your expertise in behavior analysis to conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress for clients with autism spectrum disorder. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in providing evidence-based interventions and improving the quality of life for those we serve. Additionally, your familiarity with a variety of behavior analytic assessments and interventions will be beneficial in providing the most effective treatment for our clients.
