Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Physical Therapists to join our team on a contract basis. As a Contract Physical Therapist, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and work closely with our dynamic healthcare professionals. This position is ideal for individuals who value flexibility, independence, and a collaborative approach to patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
- Collaborate with patients and interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide patient education on therapeutic exercises and home care programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
- CPR certification.
- Proven experience in evaluating and treating orthopedic and neurological conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
