Teakdecking Systems, Inc. is an employee-owned high-end marine manufacturer that designs, engineers, manufactures, and installs custom "one-of-a-kind" teak and composite decks, interior flooring, and teak components for the yachting community.

Open positions: Experienced Carpenters; earning potential depends on experience.
We are seeking Carpenters who are:

• Energetic
• Self-motivated
• Have a great work ethic
• Have excellent carpentry skills
• Flooring/tile work experience is extremely helpful
• Experience in the marine industry is a plus
• Have a stable work history (average 2+ years per job)
• Opportunities for advancement
• Opportunity to travel (not required)

We welcome Spanish and English-speaking experienced carpenters.
Competitive pay for trainees and experienced skilled craftsmen.

Hours: M-F; 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional OT may be required); travel shifts will vary.

Physical Demands:

• Stand, bend, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms
• Vision to read small digits
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Occasionally move or lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
• Exposed to wood dust and various adhesives
